Once your order is placed, it will typically be processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email notification when your order is dispatched. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your shipping address.

6. Customs and Duties (For International Orders)
For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected by the courier upon delivery. We are not responsible for any customs delays or additional charges.
7. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is a valid, deliverable address.
8. Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact our customer service team at vasteceg@gmail.com or call 01288499496. We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier.
9. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing an order. Vastec is not responsible for any delivery issues resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.
