At Vastec, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is any issue with the product, we offer easy return and exchange options to ensure your satisfaction.
1. Return Policy for Manufacturing Defects
If the product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged upon arrival, you can return it within 14 days from the date of purchase. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund or send you a replacement, based on your preference.
2. Exchange Policy for Color or Size Issues
If the product you received is not the correct size or the color appears different from what was expected, we offer an exchange. You can return the item within 14 days for an exchange to the correct size or color. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in its original condition with all tags attached.
3. How to Return or Exchange an Item
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and a description of the problem.
- For defective items, we may request photos of the damage or defect.
- For size or color exchanges, specify the desired size or color.
- Once approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item.
4. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
- Return shipping fees may apply depending on the reason for the return. If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned items.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
